By accessing or using IronShieldAPI's website (ironshieldapi.in) and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at their registered email address.

Cyber Security Consulting — Comprehensive security assessments, threat analysis, and security strategy development for businesses of all sizes.

Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) — Authorized security testing of systems, networks, and applications to identify vulnerabilities before malicious actors can exploit them.

Web Development — Secure, modern, and scalable web application development using industry best practices and security-first architecture.

Cloud Security — Security audits, configuration reviews, and hardening for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and other cloud platforms.

Freelancing Services — On-demand IT professionals for project-based work including development, security audits, and technical consulting.

IT Consulting — Strategic technology advisory services, digital transformation guidance, and IT infrastructure optimization.

Internship Programs — Structured training programs for aspiring cybersecurity and IT professionals with hands-on project experience.

All services are delivered in accordance with industry standards and best practices including OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001, and SANS frameworks.

As a user of IronShieldAPI services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services, applying for internships, or submitting any forms on our website.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Not use our services for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes including but not limited to unauthorized access to computer systems.

Obtain proper authorization before requesting any penetration testing or vulnerability assessment services on systems you do not own.

Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary tools and methodologies.

Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations while using our services.

Not share, distribute, or disclose confidential reports, findings, or deliverables provided by IronShieldAPI to unauthorized third parties without our written consent.

All content, features, and functionality on the IronShieldAPI website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — are the exclusive property of IronShieldAPI or its content suppliers and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The IronShieldAPI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of IronShieldAPI. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Reports, assessments, and deliverables created for clients remain the intellectual property of the respective client upon full payment. However, IronShieldAPI retains the right to use anonymized methodologies and general findings for internal improvement and training purposes.

Any tools, scripts, or frameworks developed by IronShieldAPI during service delivery remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement.

All fees for services are as quoted in the proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment terms are Net 15 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur a charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

For project-based services, a non-refundable advance payment of 40% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery.

We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our payment portal. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

In the event of a payment dispute, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the matter before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

IronShieldAPI treats all client information, system details, vulnerability findings, and business data with the highest level of confidentiality.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and secure data handling procedures.

All team members and contractors sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before being granted access to any client information.

Vulnerability findings and assessment reports are shared only with authorized client representatives through secure channels. We do not publish, share, or disclose client-specific findings to any third party without explicit written consent.

Upon project completion or contract termination, we will securely delete or return all client data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IronShieldAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

IronShieldAPI does not guarantee that our services will identify all vulnerabilities or eliminate all security risks. Cybersecurity is an ongoing process, and no system can be made 100% secure.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from actions taken by the client based on our recommendations, including but not limited to system downtime during remediation activities.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice to the other party, unless otherwise specified in the service contract.

IronShieldAPI reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice if:

You breach any provision of these Terms of Service.

Your use of our services poses a security risk to us or any third party.

You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.

Payment is not received within 30 days of the due date.

Upon termination, all provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation between the parties.

If informal negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts as necessary to protect its confidential information, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.
